Summary:In the present study, we report a 65-year old man who had been diagnosed earlier as having chronic lymphocytic leukemia and treated for 2 years with fludarabine. He presented to our hospital 2 years later with clinical features of superior vena cava syndrome. The underlying cause was diffuse large B cell lymphoma obstructing the superior vena cava.
