Summary:The results of the research on the galvanomagmetic and thermoelectric properties of monocrystalline bismuth films are published. The results were obtained by means of zone recrystallization under covering on mica substrates. The laws of the classical size effect in monocrystalline films were revealed. The contribution of the surface to the limitation of mobilities of electrons and holes was determined in examined bismuth films.
