Description
Summary:This exploration aims to discuss the establishment of mathematical model for predicting malignancy of lung cancer complicated with Talaromyces Marneffei infection and its chest imaging characteristics, and improve clinicians' understanding of the disease. Method: the lung cancer patients with Talaromyces Marneffei infection (observation group) and the patients only with Talaromyces Marneffei infection (control group) were selected as the research objects. The clinical features and chest computed tomography (CT) imaging features of the two groups were compared and summarized. Meanwhile, the clinical classification and the number of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the two groups were observed. Finally, the mathematical model of malignant prediction was constructed. Results: the number of male patients infected with Talaromyces Marneffei is significantly higher than that of female patients (P
