Summary:1 Here we report a case of an adult case of T-cell ALL (T-ALL) who initially presented with an unusual form of leukemia cutis. The leukemic cells are usually monomorphous, intermediate in size, with fine nuclear chromatin and high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio. 1 The findings may be subtle because immature blasts of T-cell origin are often cytologically similar to reactive T lymphocytes. Other T cell–associated markers are CD1a, CD2, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD34, and CD99. 1 In summary, this report presents a rare case of adult T-ALL who initially presented with leukemia cutis.
