Summary: | An air-water harvester machine for producing water from the air is very promising equipment for the future when there is a freshwater crisis. However, this machine is still low in freshwater production. Three types of evaporators for air-water harvester machines namely coil; parallel and serpentine tested under natural room conditions. The results showed that the highest mass of freshwater was produced by the coil-type evaporator, namely 527 g for 7 hours. The highest average heat transfer rate of 75.47 W was also obtained in the coil evaporator. The recommended evaporator shape is a coil evaporator. |
