DNA extraction and sequencing Samples were subject to CTAB and Phenol: chloroform method followed by RNase A treatment to isolate the total DNA and the quality was checked using NanoDrop 2000 (Thermo Scientific, Brea, CA, United States) followed by 16s rRNA gene amplification.
