Description
Summary:This article is devoted to the development of a continual layered plate model of a multi-story building to dynamically assess the seismic resistance of multi-story buildings in a spatial statement. Seismic vibrations of a building are modeled as a motion of a thick anisotropic cantilevered plate, the deformation of which is described on the basis of the bimoment theory of thick plates.
