Summary:Scarce data exist about the clinical features of COVID-19 in patients with concomitant active and/or latent tuberculosis (TB). This rare case-report outlines the diagnosis, management and outcome of a sixty year old hypertensive and diabetic patient with serious COVID-19 pneumonia and underlying active TB. The patient was treated successfully in a COVID-19 designated intensive care unit in Saudi Arabia.
