Summary: | A nineteen-item questionnaire designed to elicit information relative to work performance, potential, and adjustment was developed and mailed to the duty stations of Group 4 men who had previously been assigned to regular Class A schools to determine whether or not they could successfully complete training in essentially unmodified courses. Questionnaires were also mailed for a matched sample of non-Group 4 men who attended the Class A schools with the Group 4 men. Questionnaire results were tested by chi-square for the significance of differences between the Group 4 and control responses, and an index of overlap between the two distributions was calculated.
