Summary:An interactive Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Mathematical model with a built-in Sensitivity Analysis capability has been developed for use in the evaluation of proposed designs for the Air Force SEEK IGLOO Radar System. The SEEK IGLOO LCC Model consists of 10 cost elements which describe acquisition costs as well as operation and support costs. This volume presents the equations for these cost elements. Also included is a full discussion of the assumptions made which impact the development of these cost element equations. (Author)
