Description
Summary:This report, the third in a series on economic problems of crisis relocation, presents a detailed analysis of the post-crisis impact of crisis relocation on the economy in general, and on business and financial institutions in particular. The analysis includes results obtained with TEMCRIS II, an econometric model that predicts aggregate economic effects on a quarterly basis for the first year after peaceful resolution of the crisis. Another product of this report is a series of guidelines and sample planning formats for use by the federal government and by businesses and financial institutions in planning for the CR option.
