Summary:This is a MSS (Marine Seismic System) report of progress. It discusses the assigned tasks: Identify events detected and phases observed in MSS data; Catalogue pertinent MSS information and preliminary analysis; Comparison of MSS and OBS data and site characteristics; Analysis of the Wake Island hydrophone array data. Preliminary findings suggest MSS detection threshold for unfiltered teleseismic events is rather high and that 180 regional events were recorded.
