Summary:This report summarizes the work performed by Specialty Plastics Products of Pennsylvania Inc. and their subcontractor, Simula Safety Systems Inc., under the Manufacturing Technology (MANTECH) program sponsored by the U.S. Army Materiel Command and executed by the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Center.
