description In this research, it was aimed to examine the organizational silence levels of primary and secondary school teachers according to some demographic variables. (2003) and adapted to Turkish by Erdogan (2011) was used in determining the level of organizational silence that teachers had. SPSS 22.0 data analysis program was used for statistical analysis of the data obtained in the research. Descriptive statistics were used to calculate teachers' demographics and the scores they gained from the scale. MANOVA analysis, which is a parametric analysis method, was used to compare the scale scores according to the demographic characteristics of the teachers.
