Summary: | One of the most energy-intensive agricultural processes is grain drying, consuming 35-50% of fuel and 90-95% of electric power. Therefore the increase of local fuel consumption, in particular, firewood, is the way of resource saving policy. Substantiation of the main heat engineering characteristics of furnace and heat-exchanging apparatus, gas flue system and air heater producing is made. Assumed parameters of the furnace of V-800 air heater are presented. Construction arrangement of V-800 air heater is presented. It consist of furnace, air delivery pipes, cover, exhaust blower, collar, flue pipe, firebox door, grate, cooler, ground, polluted gas flues, explosion vent. The scheme of the air motion is presented. Assumed parameters of the fuel heating are shown. The scheme of the air and gas movement is displayed. The results of the experiment are used for the construction of V-800 air heater of a new generation working on solid fuel. Modern technological parameters of the air heater allow providing equal fuel firing, declining temperature differential making it competitive within Belarus and abroad. |
