Summary: | This article focuses on the development of a diagnostic model for low back pain management, a mathematical model describing the cause of the disease and an inclusive hardware implementation with artificial intelligence (AI). It has been observed that the greater part of the people in developing countries cannot afford the cost of this treatment due to low financial status. Moreover, a continuous assessment is not made for continuous monitoring of the patient's status. The problem of back pain develops slowly and if some early assessments can be made, then the treatment becomes effective. The proposed method developed in this article is based on galvanic skin response (GSR). GSR is used to monitor the pain of the patients and a modified back-pain management algorithm is used for tackling the correlation between stress and pain. The system continuously monitors the condition of a patient and if any symptoms of low back pain (LBP) develop, it immediately diagnoses diseases and chronic pains, and it recommends going to a doctor. |
