Summary:Trained Simulated patients (Post graduate students) were the patients with whom the student had to communicate. A proper orientation was done prior to the examination based on the question for OSPE and the time constraint. The language of communication was English. The expected outcome of the project is that if this is done early in the medical education of the student, it would significantly change the attitude and also to some extent the communication skill of the student.
