Description
Summary:The paper focuses on overcoming the great divide existent between the psycho-analytical view on the so-called ‘slips of the tongue’ or ‘parapraxes’ (acte manqué) and the linguistic view on the same topic, in an attempt to bring a unified perspective on how any disturbances created between the ‘language of thought’ and the mechanisms of speech production are reflected at the level of sound and word errors.
