Summary:The separation of relaxation polarization types into strong and weak for a Higasi relaxator distribution is investigated. Boundaries between the strong and weak polarization types are established which depend on the distribution parameters and on the ratio of the contributions from the relaxation polarization types and fast polarization types to the dielectric permittivity of the material. The region of strong relaxations is characterized by the presence of extrema in the frequency dependences of the imaginary parts of the complex conductivity.
