Summary: | The formulas for characteristics of the electromagnetic wave scattering from a thin (compared to the wavelength) plasma dipole are obtained. The dynamics of the scattering characteristics is considered during microwave streamer evolution in air. An approach is proposed, which makes it possible to interpret the behavior of a detector signal and to estimate the streamer parameters after the termination of its elongation. |
