Determination of the Metrological Characteristics of the Near-Field Scanning Optical Microscope in the Study of Biological Objects
Methods of determining the basic metrological characteristics of a near-field scanning optical microscope, i.e., scale factor and spatial resolution, defined as the diameter of the optical probe, are proposed. Summary: | Methods of determining the basic metrological characteristics of a near-field scanning optical microscope, i.e., scale factor and spatial resolution, defined as the diameter of the optical probe, are proposed. The use of the proposed method for calibration of the near-field scanning optical microscope directly in the course of measurements of the parameters of biological objects is investigated. |
