Summary:The dielectric properties of film materials based on polyethylene terephthalate and polycarbonate with inclusions of triglycine sulfate (TGS) and TGS with admixture of L , α-alanine (ATGS) have been studied. An increase in the temperature of the phase transition in these materials as compared to in bulk TGS and ATGS has been revealed.
