Committed to lucid need to continue resisting, the artist designs on its path of several series of frictions performances of identities and cultural traces in constant relationship with oppression and persistent affronts. To propose a critical approach to their creations roaming situate Juegos performance of Power, 2009, designed to show the context of Foreign Bodies, held at the Museum of Contemporary Art, University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. A contundente trajetoria de criacoes da artista Regina Jose Galindo destaca-se pelo confronto com as metastases da cena latino-americana em suas idiossincraticas condicoes politicas, diante do caos da existencia cotidiana. Regina Jose Galindo, artista nascida na Guatemala, ao optar por trabalhar e viver em seu pais, permanece conectada consigo mesma, insistindo em manter-se atuante em sua errancia caribenha, que de forma consciente, e marca de um projeto de vida e obra. Comprometida com a lucida necessidade de continuar resistindo, a artista projeta em sua trajetoria de performances diversas series de friccoes de identidades e de rastros culturais em permanente relacao com opressoes e afrontas persistentes. Para propor uma aproximacao critica com a itinerancia de suas criacoes situamos a performance Juegos de Poder, de 2009, concebida para o contexto da mostra Corpos Estranhos, realizada no Museu de Arte Contemporanea da Universidade de Sao Paulo, Brasil.
