Improving the Regimes Used for Hot-Rolling Tubes on Mini Tube-Production Unit 70–270

The rolling schedule used in the existing technology for making tubes on the mini TPU 70–270 unit is analyzed. New deformation regimes are proposed along with a new distribution for the draft between the operations of piercing and reeling.
