Summary: | Structural deformations of cylindrical nanopores in gold under thermal activation conditions and under the action of acoustic and shock waves have been investigated using the molecular dynamics method. It has been shown that, at a temperature above 600 K, dislocation loops arise on the inner surface of a pore and finally form stacking fault tetrahedra. The initial temperature of nanopore collapse decreases under the action of acoustic waves. Under the action of shock waves in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical nanopore, it can be separated into two single pores. |
