The governance allows to overcome the challenges of LPA as the forms of cooperation and coordination of joint actions. The participation of actors in the decision-making process of LPA is an important element to characterize governance, as some research suggests that the development of LPA is directly related to this participation. In this context, the aim of this study was to understand the participation of actors in decision-making LPA Clothing Muriae-MG. A qualitative descriptive character was realized. Primary data was collected through semi- structured interviews with nineteen actors of LPA, in July 2014 and analyzed by the content analysis technique, with support of NVivo[R] software. With the research it was found that the company representatives did not participate in the decision-making process. Contrary to what occurs with the representatives of the entities of which it was perceived greater involvement in the decision making process of LPA. It is concluded that the LPA Clothing Muriae-MG, decision-making is centralized in entities, which features the participation in decision making as incipient. Result that raises interest in investigating other elements such as the mechanisms that may be indicated, suggested or created for the participation of actors from occurring effectively. Keywords: Actors; Local development; Governance in LPA A governanca permite superar os desafios dos Arranjos Produtivos Locais (APLs) quanto as formas de cooperacao e coordenacao de acoes conjuntas. A participacao dos atores no processo decisorio do APL e um elemento importante para caracterizar a governanca, pois algumas investigacoes sugerem que o desenvolvimento do APL tem relacao direta com essa participacao. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste estudo foi compreender a participacao dos atores no processo decisorio do APL de Vestuario de Muriae-MG. Foi feita uma pesquisa qualitativa de carater descritivo. Os dados primarios foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 19 atores do APL, em julho de 2014, e analisados pela tecnica de analise de conteudo, com suporte do software NVivo[R]. Com a pesquisa constatou-se que os representantes das empresas nao participam do processo decisorio. Ao contrario do que ocorre com os representantes das entidades, dentre os quais se percebeu um maior envolvimento no processo decisorio do APL.
