Summary:Hybrid molecules based on C.sub.60 fullerene and strained polycyclic hydrocarbons have been synthesized for the first time using the Bingel-Hirsch reaction. Thin films based on the synthesized hybrid compounds have been obtained and their surface morphology has been studied. Organic field-effect transistors have been fabricated based on thin films of the С.sub.60 fullerene adducts bearing fragments of strained polycyclic hydrocarbons. Current-voltage characteristics of the transistors have been measured and the mobility of the charge carriers has been calculated.
