description This paper aims to investigate the influence of photovoltaic energy generation on organizational sustainable performance. Most of the world's energy demand is supplied through fossil fuels, which are associated with environmental problems, such as the emission of polluting gases, in addition to being identified as responsible for the greenhouse effect and global warming, which is why it is increasing significantly the demand for renewable and clean energies such as photovoltaics. The methodology used was an applied research of an exploratory nature based on a qualitative study. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews with professionals in the area and consumers of photovoltaic solar energy. The results identified that the generation of photovoltaic energy has a great influence on the organizational sustainable performance, as the literature and the analyzes of the interviews revealed that there is a relationship between the use of solar energy and the environmental, social, but mainly economic performance. Keywords: Renewable Energies. Photovoltaic Solar Energy. Organizational Performance. Triple Botton Line. Energia Solar Fotovoltaica. Desempenho Organizacional. Triple Botton Line.
