Transfer of knowledge in innovation generation: a look at networks in networks in global organizations/Transferencia de conhecimento na geracao de inovacao: um olhar para as redes em organizacoes globais

This article has the purpose of discussing the literature on Transfer of Knowledge and Innovation with the purpose of seeking new possibilities for future studies. Through a quantitative information study, a longitudinal bibliometric analysis was performed in the last 30 years and network studies in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, where the main publications, authors and specific clusters were identified. The result allowed to discuss theoretical aspects, to identify knowledge gaps and to propose the analysis of knowledge networks and strategic alliances to exchange information as a suggestion of future studies at the intra and inter organizational level. According to the study, networks have an even greater potential to benefit organizations than traditional analytic proposals, generating insights, and the developer of new opportunities still to be discussed. NVivo and Vos Viewer software aided in the processing of information that facilitated the understanding of the analyzes. Keywords: Knowledge Transfer. Innovation. bibliometric Analysis. Networks. Este artigo possui a finalidade de discutir a literatura sobre a Transferencia do Conhecimento e Inovacao com o sentido de buscar novas possibilidade de estudos futuros. O resultado permitiu discutir aspectos teoricos, identificar as lacunas do conhecimento e propor a analise de redes de conhecimento para troca de informacoes como sugestao de estudos futuros em nivel intra e inter organizacional. De acordo com o estudo, as redes de inovacao possuem um potencial de beneficiar as organizacoes de forma diferente das propostas analiticas tradicionais, sendo um gerador de insights, e desenvolvedor de novas oportunidades ainda a serem discutidas em trabalhos futuros. Por meio do estudo qualitativo das informacoes, foi realizada uma analise bibliometrica longitudinal nos ultimos 30 anos nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science, onde se identificou as principais publicacoes, autores e clusters especificos. Os softwares NVivo e Vos Viewer auxiliaram no tratamento das informacoes que facilitaram o entendimento das analises. Palavras-chave: Transferencia do Conhecimento. Inovacao. Analise Bibliometrica.
