Summary:Anchor Savings Bank signed a contract Apr 8, 1992, with Systematics Financial Services Inc under which the bank's data processing will be outsourced to Systematics for six years. Systematics purchased Anchor's hardware and software and will oversee the employees at Anchor's data processing operations in Wayne, NJ. Anchor entered the outsourcing agreement as a means of cutting costs. Bank officials also say the move will allow bank executives to focus on strategic management rather than day to day operations.
