Summary:The ability to make good decisions depends on reliable, valid information, and a good decision making process. The purpose of this study is to see if constructive styled face- to- face and virtual teams use different types of information when making a performance appraisal decision. The results revealed significant differences between team types and information usage while the relationships differed based on the type of information that was used in the decision.
