The statement of the problem was: “What are the different experience and thoughts around a new nursing home? What comes with the change?”
A qualitative, comparative, descriptive study design was chosen, with qualitative interviews with the personal and the patients family-members, and one qualitative interview with the leader.
The findings were analyzed and called Changeability. The categories were: Ownership, Competence and Safety. |
