Synthesis and pharmacological activity of amides of 2-amino-3-indolylacrylic acid

Opening of the five-member ring of indolylmethyleneoxazolones with aliphatic amines was used to synthesize a series of amides of 2-amino-3-indolylacrylic acid. These compounds were studied in vitro in relation to the various types of pharmacological activity typical of this class, including receptor...

Description
Summary:Opening of the five-member ring of indolylmethyleneoxazolones with aliphatic amines was used to synthesize a series of amides of 2-amino-3-indolylacrylic acid. These compounds were studied in vitro in relation to the various types of pharmacological activity typical of this class, including receptor (5-HT 2 -, 5-HT 3 -, and P2Y 1 -ergic, K-opioid), antiaggregant, hemorheological, antiarrhythmic, and antioxidant activities.
