Description
Summary:The purpose of this study is to examine and confirm two constructs' (constructive organizational culture and managerial work values) measurement model structures within a sport organization setting. Therefore, the study used the partial disaggregation method following Bagozzi and Heatherton (1994) and Hair, Black, Babin, Anderson, and Tatham (2006). Collectively, the confirmatory factor analysis results modeled an acceptable fit to the collected data. Consequently, the research confirmed the measurement models as valid constructs and would like to recommend other researchers to consider this partial disaggregation method when having a relatively complex measurement model with many items. One future research suggestion is to include some organizational outcome variables based on the current study's findings.
