Capabilities of capillary electrophoresis for the determination of atenolol and bisoprolol

The electrophoretic behavior of hypotensive drugs (bisoprolol and atenolol) under the conditions of varied pH, ionic strength of the leading electrolyte, applied voltage, and temperature has been studied. Possibilities of the application of capillary electrophoresis to the determination of the ident...

Description
Summary:The electrophoretic behavior of hypotensive drugs (bisoprolol and atenolol) under the conditions of varied pH, ionic strength of the leading electrolyte, applied voltage, and temperature has been studied. Possibilities of the application of capillary electrophoresis to the determination of the identity, purity, and amount of the studied drugs in raw materials and finished dosage forms have been discussed.
