Summary:The welfare of workers is a categorical imperative action for organizations both for ethical reasons and for reasons of competitiveness. The creation of organizations or work environments that promote the welfare of workers is a major challenge for organizations and an area of academic study. Objective; To describe the relationship between a set of organizational factors and their impact on the welfare of a group of workers, expressed through engagement, job satisfaction and work-related anxiety. Method; A structural equation model was used. Results; They note that the actions of promoting organizational health has a significant impact on cultural values and the adoption of organizational practices. Conclusions; In the study, statistically significant relationships between the actions of health promotion and cultural values were evident. More research is needed on healthy organizations and their impact on the welfare of not only the employees, but in all their groups of interest; suppliers, customers, community.
