Description
Summary:Technological advances and ease of access to information and communication enabled the emergence of teleworking. In this context, this article aims to investigate the legal regulations of this institute, focusing on the changes brought by Law 13.467 of 2017 (Labor Reform) and in Comparative Law. Research and data exposition will be used as the basis of this work, in order to know the implantation of the system in the Brazilian public sector, as well as to highlight the advantages and disadvantages that teleworking provides, both from the point of view of the worker and the employer. After analyzing the legal provisions relating to the institute, it is intended to conclude that, despite representing an advance in the recognition of this way of working as a viable way, Law 13.467 of 2017 does not regulate teleworking relationships in due form.
