Description
Summary:Information theoretical and information analytical studies of Russian and foreign quality standards identified differences in requirements for the therapeutic formulation “infusions”. Comparative analysis of the requirements of international and Russian quality standards for medicinal herb formulations as infusions identified the need to develop a methodological approach to assessing the quality of infusions. A methodological approach to standardization of infusions was developed, based on determination of identity in terms of the main groups of biologically active substances present in pharmaceutical substances of plant origin responsible for the pharmacological (therapeutic) actions and assessment of their contents.
