The ankle function plays an important role in the daily training and competition of basketball players. Ankle injury has always been a common injury to basketball players. However, there are few studies on the rehabilitation of ankle and ankle injury in professional basketball players in China. This paper mainly studies the effect of ankle joint proprioception training on preventing ankle joint injury of basketball school team. In this paper, 20 members of the Beijing Sports University Football Team (10 men and women) were selected and randomly divided into 5 experimental groups and 5 control groups. The experimental group underwent 6- week ankle muscle strength training, and the control group underwent ankle muscle strength training and ankle proprioception training. Biodex balance test was performed on all the control and experimental groups before and after training using the American Biodex dynamic balance system. The study found that the control ability of the experimental group was significantly larger than that of the control group after the test training, and the experimental group was significantly larger than the control group (P |
