Summary:To explore the influence of the integrated medical and nursing work mode on the mental state, quality of life and independent living ability of patients with Gilambare syndrome. This article collected 53 patients with Gilambare syndrome who had first acute onset from January 2017 to August 2019. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a test group, where the control group was given routine care, and the test group was given integrated medical care.
