Summary:The microbiological activity of naftifine hydrochloride solution in combination with poly(ethylene glycols) (PEG-400 and PEG-1000) was determined and compared with that of the existing foreign drug Exoderil ® . The results showed that the fungistatic activity (minimum inhibitory concentration) of the proposed solution was about double that of Exoderil solution for Candida albicans ATCC 10231.
