Summary:La presente investigación analiza las pujantes capacidades gráficas y reivindicativas de la obra del artista sevillano Manuel Casellas. A través de las (video)construcciones performáticas e instalativas de este artista, este trabajo asume el objetivo de presentar un claro ejemplo de cómo el dibujo puede hacerse escultura, tridimensionalizándose hacia una reflexión de calado sobre lo social. Obras como A fuego (2012) y Sistemas ED.1 (2014) o exposiciones como A la deriva (2018), invitan al público a participar de la imagen sin acabar indiferente. Palabras clave: Manuel Casellas / gráfico / reivindicativo / video / sociedad. This research analyzes the powerful graphic and activism of the artwork by the Sevillian artist Manuel Casellas. Through the performative and installative (video)constructions of this artist, this work assumes the objective of presenting a clear example of how drawing can become sculpture, three-dimensionalizing towards a deep reflection on the social. Works such as A fuego (2012) and Sistemas ED.1 (2014) or exhibitions such as A la deriva (2018), invite the public to participate in the image without ending up indifferent.
