Summary:The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) and mobile phone addiction (MPA) among medical students. This analytical cross sectional study was conducted on medical interns and residents in 2018. Smartphone addiction scale (SAS) was used to examine the MPA and Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI-16) questionnaire was used to investigate the NPD. Also, demographic information including age, gender, residence, educational level and marital status were also recorded.160 medical students participated in this study.
