Serum MDA, ceruloplasmin and lipid profile were estimated by spectrophotometry method. On binary logistic analysis, serum MDA and ceruloplasmin showed a significant odd ratio to predict pre-eclampsia. Conclusion: Pre-eclampsia is associated with altered lipid profile and increased oxidative stress markers i.e serum MDA and ceruloplasmin in pre-eclampsia.
