Summary:Objective: In order to discuss the application of bone cement prosthesis stem replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture of the femur, the author conducted a previous investigation of clinical and follow-up data. follow-up of two groups of patients with cemented type double femoral head replacement: the normal operation group and the improved operation group, from June 2019 to June 2021, 40 hospitalized patients with stable intertrochanteric fracture were recruited, including 20 patients who received bipolar artificial femoral head replacement and 20 patients who received get a normal surgery. Operating time, blood loss, hospital stay and Harris hip joint score were recorded 14 days after operation, and postoperative complications, fracture repair and hip function recovery was tracked. Among them, 20 patients were followed for 6 to 15 months, including 11 in the improvement group and 9 in the control group.
