The estimation of mass absorption coefficients by Compton scattering; extensions to the use of RhKα Compton radiation and intensity ratios
The coefficients by this method are within 1-2% of their calculated values. The mass absorption coefficient and Compton intensity, although logarithmic, can be treated as essentially linear over the range of this application.
