Description
Summary:We present a study of statistical static and dynamic properties of local electric fields in moderately coupled hydrogen plasmas. In this regime new molecular dynamics simulations of neutral hydrogen, protons and electrons are now well controlled. They provide new insight into the statistical properties of the microfield. Taking advantage of such careful MD simulations this work focuses on a new analysis of concepts for the high and low frequency components introduced in the past in several seminal works.
