Objective Evaluate patient satisfaction and the evolution of their knowledge throughout the pharmaceutical counseling program on anticoagulants and identify knowledge variability factors. Setting Cardiology Inpatient Unit from the University Antoine Béclère Hospital, France. Methods Evaluation was based on data collection of patients surveyed between 2015 and 2018.
