Summary:This article concludes the special issue Which securities for workers in times of crisis? It focuses on three aspects. First, it stresses the need for a reappraisal of the conceptual apparatus of labour law. Second, it discusses some of the tensions in the relationship between labour law reform and economic crisis. It suggests that the notion of crisis is not helpful in understanding the current changes to labour law systems. Finally, the article highlights some perspectives offered by the special issue, with special attention to the notion of risk as an alternative paradigm.
