Summary:In the educational scene of changing times and educational reforms, teachers are confronted with more challenges and need self-improvement and innovation, like coordinate education policies to adjust with promote business, coordinate course outline to adjust with curriculum and teaching, and coordinate social customs to adjust the mode of handling, etc. All kind of thing effect on teacher job satisfaction. Through transform the principal’s leadership method, the elements of improving job satisfaction can be achieved. Using the primary school teachers in New Taipei City as an example, the paper will argue that the questionnaire research method with 315 valid questionnaires to analyze the relationship between distributed leadership and job satisfaction. The research found that: 1. Teachers’ current situation of distributed leadership and job satisfaction is well; 2.
